Damian Phair is an accredited specialist who holds a Masters degree in Family Law and is a respected lawyer who has deep roots in the North Shore community. Throughout his career he has built a reputation for his tenaciousness and unwavering dedication to the interests of his clients.

Damian specialises in family law, property law and commercial law and regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Local Courts, the District Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court.

Damian has dedicated his career to guiding clients through their unique legal matters and with his vast knowledge and expertise in various areas of law, provides holistic and personalised advice to assist his clients achieve the best possible outcome in their situation.

Vanessa Wang

Vanessa is a Senior Associate at Dettmann Phair Lawyers and was admitted as a solicitor in 2012. She has worked with the firm for over 10 years and has vast experience in property law, commercial law, family law, wills and estates and probate.

Vanessa thrives working with clients in a variety of residential and commercial property transactions, delivering sound and practical advice and always meeting the tight deadlines that can appear at short notice in these types of transactions.
She is also highly skilled in the area of wills and estates, from drafting wills and obtaining grants of probate to administering complex estates and litigating family provision claims, as well as commercial law where she is diligent in resolving commercial issues or disputes as and when they arise.

In the area of family law, Vanessa has vast experience in divorce, property settlements, contentious parenting matters, spouse maintenance and child support and is passionate about assisting her clients to reach sensible and practical outcomes whether through litigation, settlement or dispute resolution.
